Check out this great example of students applying creativity to writing in science class.

On Saturday our cross country team competed in the GA Middle School State Cross Country Championship hosted by Bleckley County, and our boys brought home 2nd place!! In the championship division, we had several in the top 25 as well that received individual awards: Luis Valentin took 3rd, Palmer Davis placed 12th, and Chris Aguilar came in 19th out of 134 runners. In the JV division, Julius Garnes came in 10th out of 111 runners. Coach Goodwin expresses how proud she is of this entire group of athletes, boys and girls. They worked so hard the last several months. They finished strong, and it was a great end to an awesome season. They were a special group of athletes and we are so proud of them!

Happy National Boss's Day to Mr. Mercer.
