It’s time for Georgia Milestones! 📝📚

Our students will begin testing on Monday, April 20, and we are excited to see them show what they know! They’ve worked hard all year, and this is their time to shine.

Families, you can help set your child up for success by:
✔️ Making sure they get a good night’s rest
✔️ Ensuring they arrive at school on time
✔️ Students who arrive by 7:35 can eat breakfast at school
✔️ Keeping a positive mindset about the test

Let’s work together to support our students and make this a great testing experience. We’re proud of their effort and can’t wait to celebrate their success! 💙✨

Happy National School Librarian Day to Mrs. Melissa Wiggins! 📚✨

We are so grateful for the heart she pours into our school each and every day. Mrs. Wiggins has a true love for students and a passion for reading that shines through in everything she does—from helping students discover their next favorite book to creating a welcoming space where imagination and learning come to life.

Thank you for inspiring a love of reading, encouraging curiosity, and making a lasting impact on so many young minds. We appreciate you today and always! 💙

Mrs. Braddy and Mrs. Payne’s 5th grade class wrapped up their poetry unit in the best way—our very own Poetry Café! ☕️📖 With café music setting the mood, students shared some incredible poetry readings that truly showcased their creativity and growth. To top it all off, everyone enjoyed delicious chocolate milk “lattes” while celebrating their hard work. What a perfect way to settle into spring break—relaxed, inspired, and proud of all they’ve accomplished! 🌸✨
